Frontline Initiative

Welcome to Frontline Initiative (FI), the official publication of The National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP). This publication is dedicated to promoting the interests of DSPs who support people with disabilities in a variety of community settings. Our goal is to improve support by encouraging a better trained, more respected, and more involved workforce. We hope the stories and articles in this publication are of interest to people concerned with the quality of support to people with disabilities. DSPs can benefit from sharing ideas and successes related to experiences about being a DSP in today's community human service agencies.
