2017 Staff Stability Survey Report

The annual Staff Stability Survey offers robust data and research to offer insight about the direct support professional (DSP) workforce that provide supports to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). The purpose of this 2017 report is to measure changes in the workforce over time and assess the impact of programmatic and/or policy initiatives. This report is published by National Core Indicators™ (NCI™), which is a partnership of the National Association of State Directors of Developmental Disabilities Services, the Human Services Research Institute, and participating states.
