Families are complex and diverse, as well as critical support systems to many people with IDD. There are key skills that Direct Support Professionals (DSP) can practice and develop to help foster an effective working relationship with families. This webinar will review how effective communication, setting boundaries, respecting diversity and working through conflict can support DSPs working effectively with families.
