2025 E-Badge Academy Pricing Guide
Please note this pricing guide is currently effective as of 1/1/2025.
The annual subscription cost for being a part of The NADSP E-Badge Academy is based on a simple tiered pricing system. There are discounted NADSP Member rates and standard Non-Member rates. Regardless of membership status, the costs also decrease as you purchase more user licenses.
This pricing can vary anywhere between $95 and $150 per user, falling under the following four ranges for numbers of users:

We are happy to work with an organization to customize a solution for you. An agency wishing to pilot the E-Badge Academy may choose to purchase licenses for only a portion of their workforce. For example, an agency with 200 direct support professionals can purchase licenses for only some of their employees.
Currently, we cannot license individual user seats. The E-Badge Academy Application is intended to be completed by agency administrators who manage numerous internal employees and are interested in providing access to direct support professional and frontline supervisor certification.
