We’re Hiring: NADSP E-Badge Academy Reviewer

The National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP) is hiring! The NADSP E-Badge Academy has expanded significantly in the past five years. As part of this development, NADSP will be hiring an E-Badge Academy Part Time Reviewer. Applications for this position have now closed.

E-Badge Academy Reviewer

The E-Badge Academy Reviewer position is a part time position that is primarily responsible for reviewing E-Badge Academy testimonials and accredited educations submissions within the NADSP E-Badge Academy platform. All assigned badges must be reviewed within three business days using the E-Badge Academy standard rubric. The E-Badge Academy Reviewer will report directly to Manager of Review Processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Review the E-Badge Academy system each work day for accredited education and competency badge submissions, completing badge reviews as assigned.
  • Utilizing the E-Badge Academy review rubric, approve or deny reviewed badges, returning denied badges with constructive denial notes.
  • Identify badge submissions that may violate the NADSP Fraud policy and notify the Manager of Review Processes and the E-Badge Academy Quality Assurance Specialist of all testimonials that may be in violation of that policy.
  • Participate in monthly meetings with Manager of Review Processes and participate in bi-monthly reviewer meetings.
  • Provide back up support upon request in reviewing badges that are late or missed by other reviewers.
  • Work with members of the NADSP E-Badge Academy team to make recommendations for quality improvement practices that enhance the E-Badge Academy.
  • Performing other duties assigned.
