Webinar: What Does Success Look Like in the NADSP E-Badge Academy?

May 10, 2021 | Webinars

In 2019, NADSP launched a new digital certification platform, the E-Badge Academy. Since its launch, you may have heard us celebrate the achievements of our E-Badge Earners of the Month or announce when there are new badges available. You may have even watched one of our introductory webinars. However, now you get to hear directly from organizations who use the NADSP E-Badge Academy. In this webinar, Director of Certification and Accreditation, Dan Hermreck will host a panel discussion with some of our earliest adopters of the E-Badge Academy. During this session, the organizations will share the positive impact of the NADSP E-Badge Academy. Attendees will also discover how the NADSP E-Badge Academy has went beyond just recognizing the important work of direct support professionals and frontline supervisors, to being fully integrated into ongoing staff development and career advancement.

Key Takeaways

  • What does it take for organizations to be successful at making the E-Badge Academy a part of their culture?

  • · How are organizations celebrating achievements through the E-Badge Academy?

  • · What have been the positive outcomes of the E-Badge Academy.

About the NADSP E-Badge Academy:

The National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP) has launched The NADSP E-Badge Academy, which offers Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Frontline Supervisors (FLSs) the ability to earn national certification through stackable electronic badges. These badges demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and values that these professionals utilize every day, recognizing the professional development that might otherwise go unacknowledged.
